How we research and publish comparisons.

QuickBiz publishes head-to-head comparison articles against other POS products. This page explains how we source competitor information, what we promise, and how to request a correction.

1. Why we publish comparison content

Kuwait shop owners regularly search for "best POS Kuwait", "Loyverse vs alternatives", "Square in Kuwait", "Odoo POS Kuwait", and similar queries. We publish comparison articles to help that decision genuinely — not to attack competitors. Our editorial goal is to recommend the right tool for each reader, even when that tool is not QuickBiz.

The pages currently published include:

2. Where competitor information comes from

Every factual claim about a competitor in our comparison content is sourced from one or more of the following publicly available channels at the time the article was last reviewed:

  • The competitor's own official website, including their pricing pages, feature pages, and product documentation
  • The competitor's official support documentation and help-center articles
  • The competitor's listings on independent software directories such as Capterra, G2, GetApp, SoftwareSuggest, and Software Advice
  • Public statements made by the competitor via their official social media, press releases, or blog

Each comparison article includes a "Sourcing note" footer with the date of last review and direct links to the vendor's official documentation we relied on. We do not claim, and you should not infer, any private knowledge of a competitor's internal product roadmap or pricing strategy.

3. Subjective opinions are clearly framed as such

Where our comparison content includes a subjective judgment — for example "we think X is a better fit for a Kuwait small shop than Y" — those statements are presented as opinion. They reflect QuickBiz's editorial view based on the public information available to us. They are not factual claims that the competitor's product is deficient.

4. Trademark acknowledgments

The following trademarks are owned by their respective companies. QuickBiz acknowledges these marks, is not affiliated with the listed companies, and has not been endorsed by them:

  • Loyverse® is a trademark of Loyverse POS
  • Square® is a trademark of Block, Inc.
  • Odoo® is a trademark of Odoo S.A.
  • Foodics® is a trademark of Foodics Company Ltd.
  • Lightspeed® is a trademark of Lightspeed POS Inc.
  • Toast® is a trademark of Toast, Inc.
  • Vend® is a trademark of Vend Limited
  • Shopify® is a trademark of Shopify Inc.
  • Clover® is a trademark of Clover Network, LLC

Use of any of these names in QuickBiz comparison content constitutes "nominative fair use" — that is, using the name solely to identify the product being discussed, not to suggest sponsorship or endorsement.

5. What we promise, and what we don't

We promise:

  • To source every factual claim about a competitor from publicly available official information
  • To clearly distinguish our subjective opinions from factual claims
  • To date-stamp every comparison article with its last-reviewed date
  • To re-review comparison content on a recurring basis to keep it current
  • To respond promptly to correction requests (see Section 6 below)

We do not promise:

  • That competitor information remains accurate beyond the date of our last review — pricing, feature lists, and country availability change frequently, and you should verify with the vendor's current materials before making any buying decision
  • That we have exhaustive knowledge of every feature of every competitor's product
  • That our editorial opinions match those of the competitor or its customers

6. Correction policy

If you are a competitor, a partner of a competitor, or any reader who believes a factual claim in our comparison content is inaccurate or outdated, please email communication@quickbiz.pro with:

  • The URL of the QuickBiz page in question
  • The specific statement you believe is inaccurate
  • A link to the official source (vendor documentation, pricing page, press release, etc.) that supports your correction

We commit to:

  • Acknowledging your message within 2 business days
  • Reviewing the cited evidence within 7 business days
  • Either updating the content with the correction (typically within 7 business days of confirming the correction), removing the statement, or explaining in our reply why we believe the original statement remains accurate

If a correction is made, we will update the article's "Last reviewed" date and (where the change is material) add a brief editor's note at the bottom of the article noting that an update was made.

7. Why we publish a correction policy in public

Honest comparison content is only useful if errors get fixed quickly when they happen. A public correction policy keeps us accountable and gives competitors a low-friction path to flag mistakes without having to escalate through legal channels. Our experience is that this approach resolves nearly all concerns within a week.

8. Comparative content vs advertising

QuickBiz's comparison articles are editorial content, not paid advertising. We do not accept payment from competitors to be included in or excluded from comparison articles. We do not adjust ranking, scoring, or editorial position in exchange for compensation. The articles reflect QuickBiz's editorial view based on public information available at the time of writing.

9. Jurisdiction and governing law

QuickBiz is operated from Kuwait. Our comparison content is published under the laws of the State of Kuwait and applicable international intellectual-property frameworks (including nominative-fair-use doctrines recognized in major jurisdictions). Use of our comparison content is also subject to our Terms & Conditions.

10. Updates to this disclaimer

We will update this page as our comparison-publishing practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of QuickBiz comparison content after such updates constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
