At QuickBiz, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Cancellations and Refunds
Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and request refunds for QuickBiz services.
Important: Refund policies may vary depending on your purchase platform (Apple
App Store, Google Play Store, or QuickBiz Website). Please read the relevant section carefully.
1. Subscription Plans
QuickBiz offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: Billed every month, auto-renews monthly
- Quarterly Plan (3 months): Billed every 3 months, auto-renews every 3 months
- Semi-Annual Plan (6 months): Billed every 6 months, auto-renews every 6 months
- Annual Plan (12 months): Billed every 12 months, auto-renews annually
All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before
the renewal date.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your QuickBiz subscription at any time. The cancellation process depends on where you
purchased your subscription:
For Apple App Store Purchases:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select QuickBiz from your list of subscriptions
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Alternatively, you can manage subscriptions through the App Store app or iTunes on your computer.
For Google Play Store Purchases:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
- Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines)
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select QuickBiz
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
For QuickBiz Website Purchases:
- Log in to your QuickBiz account on our website
- Go to Account Settings
- Navigate to "Subscription" or "Billing"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"

2.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until the end of the paid period
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently
deleted
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Refund Policy
QuickBiz offers refunds under specific circumstances as outlined below. Our refund policy varies
depending on the purchase platform and the reason for the refund request.
3.2 Refunds for Apple App Store Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, all refund requests are subject to Apple's
refund policies. QuickBiz does not have direct control over App Store refunds.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your QuickBiz subscription purchase
- Click "Report a Problem"
- Select the reason for your refund request
- Submit your request
Apple will review your request and determine eligibility based on their refund policy. Refund
decisions are made solely by Apple, typically within 48 hours.
3.3 Refunds for Google Play Store Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play Store, refund requests are subject to Google's refund
policies.
To request a refund from Google:
- Visit Google Play
Subscriptions
- Find your QuickBiz subscription
- Click "Request a refund" or "Report a problem"
- Select the reason for your refund request
- Submit your request
Google typically processes refund requests within 48 hours. For purchases made within the last 48
hours, you may be eligible for an automatic refund.
3.4 Refunds for QuickBiz Website Purchases
For subscriptions purchased directly through the QuickBiz website, we handle refund requests on a
case-by-case basis.
Eligible Refund Scenarios:
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent
you from using the app and our support team cannot resolve them within a reasonable timeframe
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same
subscription
- Service Not as Described: If the service significantly differs from what was
advertised
- Accidental Purchase: Refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase may be
considered
Refund Request Process:

- Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for refund
- Provide any relevant documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Refund Amounts:
- Full Refund: May be granted for requests made within 7 days of purchase if you
haven't used the service extensively
- Prorated Refund: For longer subscription periods (3, 6, or 12 months), we may
offer a prorated refund based on unused time
- No Refund: Refunds are generally not provided for subscriptions that have been
actively used for more than 30 days
3.5 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after using the service for an extended period
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account termination due to policy violations
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge date (for website purchases)
- Partial use of subscription period (except for prorated refunds at our discretion)
4. Free Trial Cancellations
If you signed up for a free trial:
- You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged
- If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be automatically charged for your chosen
subscription plan
- Cancellation during the trial period takes effect immediately
5. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Apple App Store: Refunds are processed by Apple, typically within 48 hours to
your original payment method
- Google Play Store: Refunds are processed by Google, typically within 3-5
business days
- QuickBiz Website: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your
original payment method
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on
your bank or payment provider.
6. Data After Cancellation or Refund
After cancellation or refund:
- Your data will be retained for 90 days to allow you to reactivate your subscription
- You can export your data during this period by contacting support
- After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted from our servers
- We recommend exporting your data before cancelling if you want to keep it
7. Reactivation
If you cancelled your subscription and want to reactivate:
- You can resubscribe at any time through the app or website
- If within 90 days of cancellation, your previous data will be restored
- After 90 days, you'll start with a fresh account
- Previous subscription rates may not apply; current pricing will be used
